Most homeowners don’t think about repairs…until a problem appears.  A leaking roof during heavy rain.  Cracks on walls getting wider.  Tiles lifting.  Doors not closing properly.  Electrical issues starting to malfunction.  At first, it feels manageable. Easy to ignore. “We’ll fix it later.”
